Eligibility for Returns


  • Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Certain items, such as custom orders or specialty parts, may not be eligible for return. If unsure, please contact our customer support team for clarification.


Restocking Fee

  • All eligible returned items are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee covers costs related to programming, shipping and handling, credit card processing fees, exterior rebuilding, and diagnostics.

  2. You will receive detailed instructions on how to complete the return process.
  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Refunds


  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and applied to the original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items


Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or special-order parts
  • Electronic components that have already been installed
  • Items that have been modified or damaged after delivery
